BugFeed is Live: Stop Asking 'What Browser Were You Using?'

We built a bug reporting tool that captures screenshots and device context automatically. No more back-and-forth emails trying to reproduce issues.

The Problem We Got Tired Of

"The submit button is broken."

Cool. What page? What browser? What did you click? Did you see an error? Can you send a screenshot?

Every developer has had this conversation 100 times. Bug reports without context are useless. And chasing down that context wastes hours.

So we built BugFeed.

What It Does

BugFeed captures everything you need to fix a bug:

  • Screenshot of the exact moment something broke
  • Device info: browser, OS, screen size, URL
  • Instant notification to you (email or Slack)

Your user clicks "Report Bug", describes what went wrong, and you get a full report. No follow-up questions needed.

How It Works

Two ways to use it:

1. Widget (for your website)

Drop a snippet into your site. A small bug icon appears in the corner. When users click it, BugFeed captures context and sends you a report.

Works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or any custom site.

2. Chrome Extension

Your team installs the extension. They can report bugs on any page they're testing, even localhost.

Who It's For

  • Website owners tired of "it doesn't work" emails
  • Developers who want actual details in bug reports
  • Freelancers managing client sites
  • Agencies juggling multiple projects

If you've ever asked "what browser were you using?", this is for you.

Pricing

We kept it simple:

  • Free: £0/month, 25 reports
  • Pro: £5/month, unlimited reports
  • Business: £12/month, white-label + API access

Start free. Upgrade when you need more.

Try It Now

BugFeed is live at bugfeed.co.uk.

Create an account, grab your snippet, and stop playing detective with bug reports.

If you run into issues (ironic, we know), use the BugFeed widget on our site to report them. We'll see the screenshot and fix it.
