• Tone presets with 5 new description styles including Modern, Traditional, Luxury, Family, and Investment
• Bulk generation where you upload a CSV and get descriptions for 50 properties at once
• Character limits so you can set max length to match portal requirements

Numbers

• 847 properties described this month
• Average time to description is 47 seconds
• 12 new paying customers

Learning

Users want more control over specific phrases because "Don't ever say 'boasts' or 'offers'" is a common request, so we're working on a blocklist feature.

DailyExtract

Shipped

• Slack integration so you can get your daily brief in Slack instead of email
• Source filtering to exclude specific publications
• Topic refinement for better keyword matching

Numbers

• 234 daily briefings sent
• 89% open rate on emails
• 3 enterprise inquiries

Learning

Morning delivery time matters a lot, so we moved from 7am to 6am based on feedback and engagement went up 15%.

What's Next (January 2025)

• PropertyScribe is getting Rightmove API integration finally
• DailyExtract is launching a mobile app beta
• BugFeed is leaving private alpha
• StackPod is starting development

The Honest Part

Revenue is growing but slower than hoped. We're profitable which is good, but not yet at the point where we can hire, so it's still a solo operation for now.

That's fine because constraints breed creativity.
